| 1、Guarantee Period of Product and After-sale Service |

Singo Tech will clearly define warranty period of products in the contract. Within the warranty period, if there is any failure, damage, or scrap which is caused by the quality of the material or by the production process, Singo Tech will provide free maintenance or replacement of the product or the parts. It they happen beyond the warranty period, Singo Tech will provide maintenance for the entire service life of the product, and charge for the cost of the material only. For long term cooperation partner companies, specified man will be assigned to follow and get to know the usage condition of the product and to give necessary technical assistance. |
| 2. Environment Protection during the Process of the Manufacture of the Product |

Singo Tech is equipped with machinery equipment and flow production technology that meet the processing requirements of environment protection. The workshops are clean and pollution free. For the products that meet requirements of RoHS order according to customer, we promise that lead-free solders will be used during the entire processing course. We have suppliers of long term cooperation, and guarantee that the electronic material contains no non environmental protective elements, such as the five harmful metal elements.

Each step of the design and development, manufacture, testing, packing, and debugging of the product and support facilities supplied is strictly controlled in accordance with the quality and environment management system. Singo Tech promises that all the products provided meet the quality testing standards required by the government or customers. The product works well under normal voltage, current and allowable matching devices with good capacity. We can provide our customers with products that meet the UL, CE, and CCC certificate standard of electric safety of different countries. |
